Birth Doula
Virtual support during early labor and continuous in-person support throughout active labor for both mama and partner.
Postpartum Support
Gentle, practical and emotional care during those tender first few weeks after birth. Postpartum care includes, but is not limited, light house keeping, basic lactation support, newborn care so mom can rest, access to trusted referral network when needed.
Childbirth Education
Prenatal meetings with the expecting parents to provide education about labor, coping techniques, common interventions and guidance in creating a personalized birth plan.
Medical Interpreting
Spanish medical interpreting to ensure clear communication and informed decision making.
